As a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center, we can take you from your first dive through to becoming a professional diver!
The first professional step on the PADI ladder is the PADI Divemaster course. It can be difficult and challenging, but it is also an incredibly rewarding experience and you really will feel like a professional diver when you are finished.

PADI Divemaster Training (DMT)

During this course you will learn instructor level theory, improve your dive skills to those of a professional and gain a lot of experience guiding divers and assisting on courses.  You will work alongside our experienced dive team so you gain real, first hand experience of working in the dive industry and will realize that, aside from diving, there is so much to learn about being the ultimate professional.

The PADI Divemaster course normally takes about four to six weeks, but the structure is flexible to match each Divemaster candidate. This course takes a lot of work, but the rewards that you will reap will be life changing! As Divemaster Trainees, you will be a member of the Roatan Divers team. As representatives of Roatan Divers, we expect professionalism and a desire to learn out of all of our Divemaster candidates.

Be warned, though. After you finish the Divemaster course, you may find yourself going home to sell your house and your car, quit your job and go live on a white sandy beach somewhere so that you can dive every day!
