For those who are passing through on a cruise ship stop, we also have some fun activities in store for you!

For certified divers, we offer fun dives on our barrier reef. For those who have never dived before, but want to experience the island’s world-renowned diving, we offer the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program.

If you are certified

For certified divers, we have three single tank dives a day at 09:00AM, 11:30AM, and 02:30PM. Depending on your cruise ship docking time, you can comfortably get one or two dives in with us. With over 30 dive sites within a 10 minute boat ride from our private dock in West End and speedy boats, we can provide a flexible and customized schedule to allow you to get the most out of your day on Roatan.
Please take into account that one dive, from our dock and back again, will take approximately an hour and a half.

New divers

For those of you interested in trying out diving, we offer the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program. This half day course introduces you to the underwater world while also teaching you about equipment and basic underwater safety skills. For this experience, your PADI Instructor will introduce you to your equipment and give you a thorough briefing about basic diving skills before you go into the water for some underwater skill practice. This is essential to make you more comfortable for your dive. After you have satisfactorily completed the skills, you will go for an open water dive with your PADI Instructor. Your PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience will take about four hours, and is $105 with your equipment, skill practice, and Open Water dive included.

Transportation

Roatan is home to two cruise ship terminals – one in the capital town of Coxen Hole, and the Carnival terminal at Mahogany Bay. There will be taxis waiting to transport passengers to West End and West Bay, so it's easy to arrange for your own transportation. However, if you would like, we can also arrange transportation for you to and from the terminal at a better rate than what you can get on arrival.

Please contact us in advance if you would like to go diving or snorkeling while you are on Roatan, and we will assist you in your planning. For a confirmed booking, a deposit is required. Please let us know how many people are in your party, the name of your vessel and cruise line, the date you will be visiting, and whether you will be doing snorkeling, fun diving or PADI Discover Scuba Diving.

Don’t miss this opportunity to try some of the world’s greatest diving!

"If you're on a cruise ship and looking to book your own diving while in port look no further, you won't be disappointed. Definitely the best dive shop I've come across in my 37 years of diving."
